a bit about me.
Hello there. My name is Sarah Alawami. I’ve been singing for over 20 years now. I really enjoy singing and i hope you enjoy the journey through the world of music as much as I do.
Music is a good way to express what a person feels, thinks, and dreams of. Music is also a universal language and should continue to be spoken no matter what walk of life you come from. Here are some clips of some stuff I have done over the years.
an album for enjoyment
I love holiday music, so one day in 2006 I decided to start a project of creating some beautiful holiday music. All but 2 of the songs are a-capella, that is sung with out a backing track. The album is called Marrie’s marry christmas, and you can find it on iTunes. I would like to thank the staff at Gilbert Elementary school for inspiring me to do this beautiful album. I deticate it to women all over the world who share the gift of love.
a future work in progress.
I am also working on a single called “Close Your Eyes.” It was written by a very good friend of mine by the name of Summer Garcia. I would like to thank her for giving me the inspiration to continue with this piece through some shall we say troubled times. The words are inspiring and I cannot wait to release it in the coming months. Keep an eye on this page for more info.
